Alex Lofton is a co-founder and the Head of Growth of Landed (landed.com), a San Francisco based start-up on a mission to help essential professionals build financial security near the communities they serve. One way Landed does this is by helping educators (teachers and school staff) access homeownership through down payment support from community-oriented investors. He began his career in real estate with developer Forest City while attaining an MBA from Stanford. In past lives, he was a celebrated political organizer with President Obama’s campaigns for the White House, a customer experience and sales executive with a variety of tech and social mission start-ups, and a graduate of Northwestern. Lofton originally hails from the Seattle area and is a current Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation Social Entrepreneur.
