Dan Elitzer
Blockchain & Distributed Web Portfolio Lead IDEO
Dan Elitzer is the Blockchain & Distribute Web Portfolio Lead for IDEO CoLab, a collaborative R&D network and venture studio within the illustrious design firm, IDEO. In this capacity, he leads research, investment, and prototyping activities related to crypto, blockchains, and distributed web technologies.

Dan is a graduate of Pomona College and the MIT Sloan School of Management. While earning his MBA, Dan co-founded the MIT Bitcoin Club and MIT Bitcoin Project, a student club and initiative to establish MIT as a center of digital currency innovation. These activities received international coverage centered on a university-supported study open to all MIT undergraduates, through which participants each received $100 in bitcoin. Dan also co-founded the MIT FinTech Club.
