Olympia De Castro is Co-Founder and Partner of Community Investment Management (CIM), an institutional impact investment manager. CIM provides debt funding for responsible innovation in lending to U.S. small businesses and underserved borrowers in which the long-term interests of borrowers and investors are aligned. In her investment role at CIM, Olympia seeks to create partnerships with innovative lenders that demonstrate strong financial performance and a commitment to responsible, transparent, and borrower-centric lending practices. Prior experience includes various roles focused on financial inclusion for micro, small and medium businesses in the emerging markets, including the IFC Global SME Banking, Access to Finance group. Olympia began her career in traditional banking where she spent eight years in diverse roles at Goldman Sachs and Bank of America, including investment banking, private wealth and merchant banking.

Olympia holds a M.I.A in Economic and Political Development from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and a B.A. in Finance from the University of Miami.
